- Must Choose 5 Frames to use Home Try-on.
- 5 Day Trial begins when your order is delivered.
- Extensions may be requested through the Customer Portal.
- Complete Order: Follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
- Prepaid Return Label arrives with your box. Complete the order and initiate return in the Customer Portal before mailing back to us.
- No committment: No charges if all frames are returned.
- Lenses: Take frames to any optician for prescription lenses

Log in to Customer Portal and follow prompts to choose which frame(s) you wish to keep.

There are no charges when you return all frames, and return shipping is Free. Simply login to Customer Portal to and follow prompts to let us know you won't be keeping any frames. Then, use prepaid return label to send back your box via USPS.

If you've made your decision, log in to the Customer Portal. Confirm which items you wish to purchase, or specify that you will be returning all items. Then seal your box, attach prepaid return label, and drop at USPS.
