How It Works
- Use "Home Try-on" button to add items to your cart.
- Must Choose 5 Frames to use Home Try-on.
- Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid.
- 5 Day Trial begins when your order is delivered. Returns must be posted within 5 days of delivery.
- Extensions may be requested through the online portal.
- Complete Order: Follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
- Prepaid Return Label arrives with your box. Complete the order and initiate return in the Customer Portal before mailing back to us.
- 5 Day Trial: Returns must be posted within 5 days of completing the order.
- No committment: No charges if all frames are returned.
- Lenses: Take frames to any optician for prescription lenses
- US Only: International shipping not available at this time.

How does the authorization process work?
When you use the Try at Home service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
